This additional cost option allows users of our CYM Lite service to receive key standard reports via email. Plus we can alert you to revenue posting problems locally and via SMS.
Our intelligent system has several built in proactive features:
- a local alarm can alert your site based personnel if guest revenue records have stopped posting.
- the system can be set to send you standard reports that highlight certain regular areas of administrative abuse/misuse.
- an optional central alarm function can alert your key personnel by email or SMS if guest revenue record have stopped posting.
