In addition to the work of the Client Support Manager, our intelligent system has several built in proactive features:

• a local alarm can alert your site based personnel if guest revenue records have stopped posting.
• the system can be set to send you standard reports that highlight certain regular areas of administrative abuse/misuse.
• an optional central alarm function can alert your key personnel by email or SMS if guest revenue record have stopped posting.
