2021 Call Yield Management (CYM) is our core information service. It enables hoteliers to effectively manage both the yielding of guest telephony revenue and provide cost management across their whole estate.
Our Call Yield Management service uses your existing infrastructure, where possible, for the collection and centralisation of data. Where this is not feasible, we can utilise our own data capture technology manufactured by our parent company, Data Track Technology plc, supplied at no extra cost.
